The Nominal Roll app is provided by De-Rock Computer Biz Ltd (RC 7389292), Nasarawa State, Nigeria. It lets authorised staff of a government organisation sign in to that organisation's own Nominal Roll system.
What the app stores on your device
Only the web address and name of the organisation(s) you choose, so the app can open them next time. You can remove them at any time from the start screen. The app does not store staff records, passwords or documents on your device.
Where staff data is held
Staff records are held on the server of the organisation you sign in to, and are controlled by that organisation. Access requires an account issued by the organisation, and every change is recorded with the name of the user who made it. Questions about records held about you should be directed to the HR department of that organisation.
Data the app does not collect
The app does not collect location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers or analytics, and does not share data with third parties. Letters you choose to attach are uploaded only to your organisation's server.
Security
All connections use encrypted HTTPS. Sessions end automatically after a period of inactivity.
